How it works

- Take a photo of you + your MX-5 — at a meet, in the garage, on your favorite twisty road, at the track… anywhere, as long as it has that roadster vibe.

MiataFamily.com Photo Challenge Regulations
1. How to enter (and what “in action” means)
To receive a -20% discount code, you must email a photo of your Miata Family product “in action” to:
“In action” means: you wearing Miata Family gear AND a Mazda MX-5 present in the photo — for example next to the car, inside it, at the track, in the garage, at a meet… any setting is fine as long as the MX-5 is clearly part of the shot.
Email submission is the only accepted entry method.
2. Original photos only
Each submitted photo must be original and taken by the participant. By entering, you confirm you own the rights to the photo and can legally share it.
3. No third-party logos & no rights violations
Photos must not include logos of other brands, and must not infringe any copyrights, intellectual property rights, moral rights, or privacy rights of third parties.
The participant is fully responsible for any claims resulting from violations of third-party rights.
4. Review & acceptance
All submitted photos are reviewed by the MiataFamily team. Acceptance is at our discretion, and all decisions are final.
MiataFamily may reject or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
5. Permission to use submitted photos
By sending your photo, you grant MiataFamily a free, non-exclusive permission to use it on our website, across our social media channels, and in promotional materials related to MiataFamily products.
6. Withdrawing permission
You may withdraw your permission at any time by emailing After receiving your request, MiataFamily will stop using the photo in future promotional materials (this does not affect content already published or already scheduled for publication).
7. Discount code delivery & verification time
The discount code will be emailed to you after your photo is accepted. Verification can take up to 5 business days.
8. Discount code conditions
The discount code:
- is single-use,
- provides a 20% discount,
- applies to one product (20% off the price of a single product),
- cannot be exchanged for cash,
- may not be combined with other promotions unless MiataFamily states otherwise.
9. Organizer
The organizer of this contest is: MiataFamily Dorota Malinowska, Dziewanny 6/1 20-469 Lublin, Tax ID (VAT): PL7123238205, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
10. Changes to the rules
The Organizer reserves the right to update these rules when necessary. The current version will always be available on the MiataFamily website, and participants will be informed in advance when changes are introduced.
