Frequently asked questions

1) When will I receive my package?

We’re a workshop/manufactoryevery item is made to order. Like a precise suspension setup, it takes a moment. That’s why (apart from “hot” drops) we don’t ship within 24h. You’ll see the estimated lead time and shipping cost in the cart before payment.


2) Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes. We can deliver almost anywhere in the world. For non-EU shipments we’ll agree the shipping cost and any customs paperwork individually — drop us a line and we’ll prep the “roadbook.”


3) Can I pick up my order at Miata Challenge rounds?

Yes! With prior arrangement, you can pick up your order at Miata Challenge rounds. Give us a few days’ notice so we can torque everything to spec.


4) What if the size doesn’t fit?

No stress! You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You can also request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. See “Returns & Complaints” for details.


5) How do I make a return?

Email with your withdrawal statement, then send the product to:
MiataFamily.com, ul. Głuska 13b, 20-380 Lublin, Poland.
Include your order number in the parcel. Refunds race back to you as fast as possible — per our Terms. Read


6) What about a complaint?

Email (subject: “Complaint + order number”) and attach photos/video. We have 14 days to respond. If the complaint is justified, we cover the shipping both ways.
(Yep, everyone prefers perfect paint and zero rattles 😄)


7) How do I pick the right size?

Use our size chart. If you’re between sizes, message us. We’ll match it like springs to curb weight.


8) Do T-shirts shrink after washing?

Follow the care label: 30°C, inside out, low spin, no tumble dryer. Your prints will last longer than an NA’s manual soft top. Read a separate article on how to care for our clothes.


9) What payment methods do you accept?

Tpay (incl. BLIK & cards), PayPal, Visa, MasterCard. Smooth and snappy — no turbo lag.


10) Will my order fit in an MX-5 trunk?

If it’s not a set of 17” wheels, you’re probably fine. We pack compact — MX-5 approved. 😉


11) Do you do custom/personalized items?

Sometimes! Just note personalized products usually can’t be returned (this doesn’t affect your rights for defects/non-conformity).


12) Are colors on photos true to life?

We try our best, but screens can be as tricky as a sunset over a mountain pass. Minor differences are normal.


13) Can I change my address or order contents after paying?

As long as the parcel hasn’t “hit the trailer” (read: been dispatched), we can usually help. Email ASAP.


14) Can I collect in person?

We mainly use couriers, but Miata Challenge pickup (see #3) is available with prior arrangement.


15) Newsletter — any discounts?

16) What about taxes and VAT in the EU?

Prices include VAT. Within the EU there are no border surprises.


17) How long do limited drops stay available?

Not long — they vanish faster than a soft top on a sunny day. If you see something you love, grab it before someone else carts it.


18) Do you have discount codes?

Sometimes! They don’t always stack with other promos (this isn’t twin-charging). Keep an eye on our socials and newsletter.
